Blangè comes from one of the most important wineries in Piedmont, famous both in Italy and abroad. Riccardo Ceretto founded it in 1937 and today it is masterfully managed by his sons Bruno and Marcello.

Blangé is a pleasantly fresh, extremely fragrant and fruity wine, an ideal companion for the everyday table.

In the glass it shows off a beautiful clear straw yellow color, the nose comes with floral and fruity aromas of iris, rennet apple and grapefruit, with aromas of fresh almond and cut grass. On the palate it is tasty and balanced, pleasantly fresh and vaguely pétillant, in perfect balance with the olfactory profile and a very pleasant fruity finish.

It is perfect as an aperitif, goes very well with fish-based dishes, delicate white meats and vegetables au gratin, to be tried with fresh cheeses.
