The Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut by Brilla is born in the hills of Veneto, a territory famous for the production of elegant and lively sparkling wines. This wine is obtained from Glera grapes, carefully cultivated to enhance the freshness and aromaticity typical of the variety. After a delicate fermentation and aging in steel, it presents itself as bright with a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose, it expresses notes of green apple, white flowers, and light citrus hints that ignite the palate with a pleasant acidity. The tasting is savory and fresh, with a clean and harmonious finish that invites another sip. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light appetizers, seafood, and vegetable-based dishes, enhancing their delicacy without overpowering them.

An authentic example of how the Asolo territory can impart a distinctive and refined character to the Prosecco Superiore.
