Ca' Bianca's Asti Spumante DOCG is a sweet sparkling wine that represents the essence of Moscato, the protagonist grape variety of this famous Piedmontese sparkling wine. This Asti Spumante embodies the Ca' Bianca winery's ability to create a sparkling wine that perfectly balances sweetness, freshness and fruitiness, making it a favorite on festive occasions and special toasts.

Visually, it has a light, brilliant straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, the wine releases a fragrant and inviting bouquet, with intense notes of white pulp fruit, such as peach and pear, enriched by floral nuances of acacia and wisteria, as well as a light touch of citrus.

On the palate, this Asti Spumante stands out for its balanced sweetness, supported by a lively acidity that maintains its freshness. Fresh fruit flavors blend with a pleasant effervescence, creating a harmonious and pleasantly refreshing tasting experience.

Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light desserts, fresh fruit or dry pastries, Ca' Bianca's Asti Spumante is also the ideal choice for toasts and celebrations, thanks to its festive and convivial character.
