Awamori Yonaguny Ku-Su 3Yo 70cl - Saikimoto Shuzu is a fine Japanese distilled spirit originating from the island of Yonaguni, in the heart of the Ryukyu archipelago. Made exclusively with local indica rice, its process involves a long fermentation and a triple distillation that provide clarity and aromatic intensity. This Ku-Su (distilled vinegar) rests for 3 years, enriched with soft mature notes, intertwining toasted cereal scents, light citrus touches, and a delicate spicy background.
The volcanic territory of Yonaguni, with its mild climate and sea air, promotes a unique profile where the fresh character pairs with surprising complexity. Ideal for enhancing dishes from Eastern cuisine, such as sashimi or rich salads, it can also be used in mixology to create refined and harmonious cocktails. A distilled spirit that celebrates Japanese tradition and artisanal elegance.
