The Bandol 2021 from Chateau De Pibarnon is a brilliant example of winemaking mastery from the Provence region in France. This red wine stands out for its robust character and aromatic complexity. It is predominantly produced from Mourvèdre grapes, accompanied by a small percentage of Grenache, which together develop a well-balanced tannic profile and a long-lasting finish on the palate.

On the nose, the Bandol 2021 reveals intense notes of ripe red fruits, dark spices, and a subtle touch of vanilla, derived from careful aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it offers a rich and enveloping structure, with a surprising freshness that balances the opulence of the fruit and the spicy nuances.

Served at a temperature of 18-20°C, this wine pairs masterfully with flavorful dishes like roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses. The Bandol 2021 from Chateau De Pibarnon is not only a prestigious addition to any connoisseur's wine list, but it also promises to evolve magnificently with further years of aging in the cellar. A true gem of Bandol viticulture, ready to offer a profound sensory experience.

Terraced vineyards up to 300 m with views of the Mediterranean. Flagship red wine made from Mourvèdre. Production of structured rosés and of a white wine from local grape varieties. Family-run operation linked to the de Saint Victor family. Regularly featured in wine guides and international wine selections.
Winery history
Family-owned property associated with the de Saint Victor family: Catherine and Henri de Saint Victor discovered and purchased the site in the late 1970s; today the estate is managed by Éric de Saint-Victor. The site and production have progressively developed across several parcels located on the heights of La Cadière-d'Azur, with a recent history documented by the estate itself.
Production philosophy
An artisanal approach that seeks to let the terroir express itself: "hedonistic" and complex wines, produced with care in the vineyard and in the cellar to highlight mourvèdre and the identity of the place. Manual work in the vineyard, respect for the parcels, and careful aging are central elements.
Terroir and vineyards
Terraced vineyards on the hills of La Cadière-d'Azur / Bandol, facing the sea, with altitudes reaching up to 300 meters. Triassic soils of marls and clay-limestone that impart freshness and minerality. The vineyard is divided into named parcels.
