Barbaresco DOCG is a majestic and elegant wine produced by the Ricossa family, which follows an aging period of three years, one of which in French oak and two in stainless steel tanks.

A glass that has a garnet red color with traditional orange reflections. An intense aroma of coffee, licorice and spices, among which the aroma of vanilla stands out, create a captivating bouquet on the nose.

On the palate it is bursting, the tannins are balanced and the flavor that lingers in the mouth is unique, soft and persistent for a long time. An important red that can certainly best represent the Piedmontese territory.

Exceptional in combination with first courses seasoned with meat sauce or mushrooms, fondues, red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses. If you are a lover of good wine, this will certainly be for you.
