The Barbaresco DOCG produced by La Ganghija winery is a red wine that embodies the refinement and elegance typical of this famous denomination. Native to the hills of Piedmont, where the microclimate and particularly favorable soil enhance the quality of the Nebbiolo grape variety, La Ganghija's Barbaresco represents a masterpiece of winemaking art.

Vinified with traditional methods, this wine undergoes a lengthy aging process in oak barrels, which helps to enrich its bouquet and develop the complexity of flavors and aromas that characterize it. The result is a wine with an intense garnet red color, with hues that turn to orange as it ages.

On the nose, La Ganghija's Barbaresco DOCG opens with intense and persistent olfactory notes, where traces of cherry, plum, and floral undertones emerge, enriched by nuances of spices and a slight balsamic vein. On the palate, it stands out for its elegant structure, well-integrated tannins, and a perfect balance between acidity and alcoholic warmth. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, with a finish that revisits the tones of ripe fruit and sweet spices.

Ideal to pair with robust dishes such as red meats, game, and aged cheeses, La Ganghija's Barbaresco also proves to be an excellent companion for meditation, capable of evolving and improving over many years if properly stored in a cellar.

A wine that embodies La Ganghija winery's passion for precision oenology, respect for the land, and love for the traditions of the Piedmont territory.
