The Barbaresco DOCG Pajorè, produced by Piazzo Comm. Armando, is the emblem of Piedmontese elegance. Coming from the renowned Langhe area, this wine expresses itself through the Nebbiolo grape variety, a symbol of complexity and longevity. The aging, traditionally carried out in oak barrels, imparts softness and depth to a character already rich in fine tannins and vibrant acidity.
In the glass, it shows an intense and brilliant garnet red color, while on the nose it releases hints of withered rose, sour cherry, and light spicy notes of licorice and tobacco. On the palate, the robust structure blends with a velvety tannic texture, accompanied by a long and harmonious finish that recalls scents of ripe red fruit and undergrowth.
Ideal with roasted meats and aged cheeses, the Barbaresco DOCG Pajorè masterfully interprets the unique terroir of the Langhe, offering a refined and unforgettable sensory experience.
