Barbera d’Alba DOC - Ballarin is born in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most renowned areas of Piedmont for its indigenous grape varieties and enological quality. This wine, made exclusively from Barbera grapes, elegantly and vigorously expresses the characteristics of the territory: rich soils and ideal altitudes give the wine an intense structure and a vibrant acidity. The aging takes place in wooden barrels that impart aromas of ripe red fruits, plum, and a pleasant spicy note, blending into a bouquet with floral and peppery reflections. On the palate, it is full-bodied, enveloping, with soft tannins that support a harmonious and persistent finish. Perfect to accompany dishes based on red meat, mushrooms, or aged cheeses, this Barbera d’Alba stands out for its balance between freshness and complexity, an emblem of Piedmontese winemaking tradition that enhances every sip.
