Barbera D’Alba Superiore DOC - Oriolo is born in the heart of the Langhe, a territory known for the excellence of its red wines. This wine, obtained mainly from the Barbera grape variety, stands out for its intense character and balanced structure. After an initial fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process that usually lasts at least 12 months, partly in wood, giving it a unique aromatic complexity and a persistent softness on the palate.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red color, accompanied by aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, intertwined with delicate spicy and slightly balsamic notes. The sip is enveloping, with a lively acidity typical of Barbera that provides freshness and pleasant drinkability.

Perfect with meat dishes, aged cheeses, and traditional Piedmontese recipes, this Barbera d’Alba Superiore expresses all the elegance and vitality of the territory from which it comes.
