Produced in the gentle hills of Monferrato, the beating heart of Piedmont, the Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG Rosso Fuoco by Vite Colte embodies the authentic expression of the Barbera grape variety. This wine is made from carefully selected grapes, which find their elevated aromatic potential in a terroir rich in clays and sands, refreshed by the influence of breezes that moderate the summer temperatures.

The long aging in oak barrels gives Rosso Fuoco a robust structure and marked complexity, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate spicy notes and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is enveloping, supported by fresh acidity and well-integrated tannins, perfect in the balance between power and finesse.

Ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Barbera d’Asti is a celebration of tradition and passion that meets every sip.
