Barbera d'Alba DOC - Castellinaldo - Bric Cenciurio from Castellinaldo, a renowned denomination in the Langhe, represents a perfect combination of tradition and territory. This wine is made exclusively from the Barbera grape, cultivated on the hills near Alba, where the calcareous-clay soil gives vibrant acidity and structure to the fruit.

Bric Cenciurio stands out for its intense ruby color, accompanied by complex aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, and plum, with slight spicy notes due to aging in wood. The vinification method, carefully managed, preserves the typical freshness of Barbera, while aging in large barrels adds softness and depth without weighing down the palate.

Of medium body, it is characterized by a balance between acidity and gentle tannins, ideal to accompany earthy dishes such as roasted meats and aged cheeses, enhancing the conviviality of Piedmontese tradition.
