With its intense ruby red color, this wine is a pleasure for the eyes. On the nose, it offers a vinous, broad and persistent aroma, with notes of ripe morello cherry, plum, but also liquorice and spices.

On the palate it is dry, warm and full. Its structure and depth make it ideal to accompany grilled meat, risottos with vegetables, tajarin with meat sauce, white meats, fish soup, mixed boiled meats and Piedmontese mixed fried dishes. Its versatility makes it a perfect companion for a wide range of dishes, and its full and enveloping flavor makes it a pleasure for the palate on any occasion.
