The Bardolino di Villa Fontana, produced by the historic Tommasi winery, is born on the gentle hills of Lake Garda, a region renowned for the freshness and elegance of its red wines. Made with a typical blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, this Bardolino stands out for its lively brightness and expressive character. The aging process takes place mainly in steel tanks, preserving the vitality and freshness of the native grape varieties, with a brief passage in wood that softens its profile. On the nose, it offers fruity hints of cherry, strawberry, and light floral notes, accompanied by a delicate spicy scent. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with soft tannins and a harmonious finish that invites another sip. Ideal with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, the Bardolino di Villa Fontana gracefully interprets Venetian tradition, enhancing conviviality and the lightness of everyday drinking.
