The Barolo Boiolo DOCG of Ballarin is born in the heart of the Langhe, a land renowned for the art of Nebbiolo, the main grape variety of this precious Piedmontese territory.

This Barolo stands out for a precious aromatic complexity that opens with intense scents of withered rose, sweet spices, and light earthy notes, the result of high care in viticulture and a long maturation in oak barrels. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure, velvety tannins, and a savoriness that enhances its persistence.

The prolonged aging gives it balance and depth, qualities that make this wine ideal to accompany red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing every sip with the typical energy and refinement of classic Barolo.
