The Barolo Chinato produced by Mulassano is a nectar that combines the nobility of Barolo, an emblematic wine of Piedmont, with a skillful infusion of aromatic herbs and spices. Coming from the renowned production area of the Langhe, this product is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, a variety capable of giving structure, elegance, and aromatic complexity. The aging follows the usual long period in wooden barrels that characterizes Barolo, before the wine is enriched with a secret blend of herbs, barks, and roots, giving the chinato an intense and enveloping taste texture.

On the nose, it opens with elegant spicy aromas and notes of cinchona, vanilla, and cocoa, accompanied by balsamic and slightly bitter hints that balance the sweetness of the wine. The palate is soft but at the same time vigorous, with a tannic structure that supports the drink without weighing it down, finishing with a long and persistent aftertaste, typical of traditional chinato.

Perfect as a digestive after important meals or accompanied by dark chocolate and aged cheeses, the Barolo Chinato Mulassano is a tasting experience that encapsulates the authentic character of the territory and the art of sweet-bitter infusion, for those seeking a glass rich in history and complexity.
