Ca' Bianca's Barolo DOCG is a wine that represents one of the most noble and prestigious expressions of the Nebbiolo grape, grown in the Piedmontese Langhe. Known as the "king of wines" and "wine of kings", Ca' Bianca's Barolo is an example of how tradition, territory and skilful winemaking can blend to create a wine of exceptional complexity and longevity.

Visually, this Barolo presents an intense garnet red color, with orange nuances that develop with aging. On the nose, the wine offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherries and plums, enriched by nuances of withered flowers, tobacco, spices and a light trace of wet earth, typical of Nebbiolo.

On the palate, the Barolo of Ca' Bianca reveals a powerful yet elegant structure. The tannins are robust but refined, and the well-integrated acidity gives freshness and balance to the wine. Rich fruit and spice flavors combine with notes of leather, chocolate and a touch of minerality, culminating in a long, lingering finish.

This Barolo is ideal for accompanying intense and structured dishes, such as braised meats, stews, grilled red meats and mature cheeses. It is also an excellent wine for meditation, evolving beautifully over time, revealing new nuances with age.
