The Barolo Resa 56 DOCG Biologico by Agricola Brandini is born in the heart of the Langhe, a region renowned for its winemaking vocation and soils rich in limestone and clay. The main grape variety, Nebbiolo, predominates in this wine which masterfully expresses the elegance and complexity typical of the Barolo denomination. Cultivated according to strict organic methods, it guarantees an authentic product that respects the environment.

The aging, carried out in carefully selected wooden barrels, gives the wine structure and a pleasant tannic softness, while the aromas open with notes of dried rose, cherry, sweet spices, and a slight hint of licorice. The palate is enveloping, with a balance between vibrant acidity and warmth, encouraging a pleasant aging. Ideal with roasts, braised dishes, or aged cheeses, this Barolo represents an intense and refined sensory experience.
