Barolo Riserva DOCG - Fontanafredda comes from the historic hills of the Langhe, the beating heart of Piedmont and the cradle of Nebbiolo, the principal grape of this denomination. This reserve best expresses the complexity and longevity typical of Barolo, emphasized by an extended aging often exceeding four years, allowing the wine to develop over time an imposing structure and a refined aromatic evolution.

In the glass, it presents an intense garnet red color, accompanied by enveloping aromas of withered roses, sweet spices, licorice, and leather hints that blend harmoniously. The entry on the palate is powerful and savory, with elegant and silky tannins that support a long and pleasant flavor persistence.

Perfect paired with braised dishes, significant red meats, and aged cheeses, this Barolo Riserva from Fontanafredda skillfully tells the grandeur of the Langhe territory and the artisanal expertise that distinguishes this historic winery.
