The aging in oak barrels gives this Armagnac a enveloping character, with notes of vanilla, dried fruit, and sweet spices intertwined harmoniously. On the palate, it is soft and well balanced, with a long and warm persistence that invites a reflective and satisfying tasting moment. The olfactory complexity is accompanied by a vigorous but never overpowering body, perfect for those who love spirits that tell a story of deep roots.
This Bas Armagnac is splendidly suited to be enjoyed neat, at room temperature, but it can also enrich refined cocktails. It is ideal as a digestif after substantial meals or paired with desserts based on chocolate and dried fruit, enhancing the flavor contrasts without overpowering them.

Distillation
Distillation with Armagnac-type stills; the maison uses an Orthez continuous still and other on-site stills, with typical spirit strength at distillation output between 52% and 60% ABV.
Ageing
Traditional aging in oak casks: initial years in new casks (around 400 L), then transfer to older casks for slower, progressive maturation.
