The Bas Armagnac Christian Bergerot 1990 Sister Futs N.54 & N.4 is a distillate that embodies the authentic essence of the Gascony terroir, one of the historic areas for Armagnac production. Sourced from a careful selection of local grape pomace, this Bas Armagnac is the result of traditional winemaking followed by a slow distillation in copper stills, which preserve the elegance and complexity of the aromas.

The aging in oak barrels, represented by Sister Futs numbers 54 and 4, gives this Armagnac a unique character, with enveloping notes of vanilla, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of dried fruit, interwoven with touches of toasted wood and honey. On the palate, it reveals itself to be smooth and harmonious, with a long and warm persistence that invites a slow and mindful sip.

Ideal to enjoy neat at the end of a meal, this Bas Armagnac also pairs perfectly with chocolate-based desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing the depth and richness of the flavor. A distillate of great charm, an authentic expression of the armagnacais tradition.
