The Bas Armagnac VS by Castarède represents the excellence of the distilling tradition of the Gers region, in the heart of Gascony, one of the oldest and most distinctive areas for the production of Armagnac. This spirit is born from a skillfully selected blend of native grape varieties, such as Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Baco, which give the product complexity and character. The aging, carried out in oak barrels with a delicate aroma, guarantees a perfect balance between youthful freshness and mature notes, offering a soft and harmonious taste typical of a VS (Very Special).

On the nose, fruity hints of vanilla, ripe citrus, and light spicy notes of cinnamon can be appreciated, while the palate reveals a velvety texture with a persistent finish of almonds and honey. Its versatility makes it ideal both as a refined aperitif and to accompany desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses. The Bas Armagnac VS Castarède is thus a sensory journey between history and craftsmanship, capable of telling the richness of the Gascon terroir in every sip.
