The Bas Armagnac XO 20 Ans D’Âge 70cl - Castarède represents the essence of the distilling art of the Gascony region, in the southwest of France. Made exclusively with typical local grapes, often ugni blanc, folle blanche, and colombard, this premium Armagnac is born from a traditional double distillation that enhances its aromatic complexity.

Patiently aged for at least twenty years in oak barrels, it develops a rich and enveloping bouquet, marked by mature notes of dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, and hints of tobacco and cocoa. The softness on the palate is balanced by a warm and persistent structure that leaves a long, elegiac trail, typical of extended aging in wood.

Its versatility makes it ideal to enjoy neat, at the end of a meal, enhancing conviviality and reflection, but it also pairs well with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, offering a complete and refined sensory experience. A distillate that celebrates tradition and terroir with unmistakable class.
