The Pinot Bianco Berg di Schloss Englar comes from Alto Adige, a land renowned for its high-altitude vineyards and the particularly favorable climate for growing elegant white grape varieties. This wine is expressed with a fresh and delicate aromatic profile, typical of Pinot Bianco, which in this area is enriched with mineral nuances due to soils rich in porphyry and dolomite. The vinification is carried out with care and attention to detail, maintaining the varietal purity and enhancing the balance between acidity and softness.

In the glass, it presents a light straw color with bright reflections. On the nose, aromas of green apple, wildflowers, and light citrus notes emerge, while on the palate it is harmonious, fresh, and pleasantly savory, with a persistence that invites the next sip. The Mediterranean structure combines with excellent gastronomic versatility: ideal to pair with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, it is also perfectly suited for a refined aperitif. Berg is an authentic expression of Alto Adige, capable of seducing lovers of elegant and characterful whites.
