Bergerie by François Carillon is born in the fertile lands of the Côte de Beaune, the beating heart of Burgundy, where the winemaking tradition merges with attentive and rigorous artisanal care. This wine represents a sincere and authentic expression of Pinot Noir, the region's flagship grape, capable of giving rise to elegant and complex profiles. The limestone-clay soil imparts freshness and minerality to the wine, distinctive elements found in the refined and intricate bouquet.

In the glass, Bergerie shows a bright ruby red color, while on the nose it reveals notes of fresh cherry, small red fruits, and delicate hints of sweet spices, accompanied by a slightly balsamic nuance due to its aging. The passage in wooden barrels contributes to a harmonious balance between structure and softness, offering an elegant and smooth gustatory persistence. The sip is enveloping, fresh, and light, with silky tannins inviting a pleasant drink.

Perfect paired with white meat dishes, delicate roasts, or soft cheese, Bergerie is a wine that soberly and classily tells the story of the Côte de Beaune territory, highlighting the noble character of Pinot Noir thanks to the skillful hand of François Carillon.
