Bianca degli Svevi IGT of Re Manfredi is born in the sunny lands of Puglia, a dedicated territory where winemaking tradition meets the Mediterranean climate. Obtained from selected white grapes, this label expresses the freshness and liveliness typical of native local varieties, enhanced by careful steel vinification that preserves the aromatic purity of the wine.

On the nose, it opens with hints of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, and light citrus notes that invite you to take a sip. On the palate, it stands out for its pleasant acidity and agreeable sapidity, providing a harmonious balance and delicate persistence. Bianca degli Svevi is suitable to accompany fish-based dishes, light first courses, and seafood appetizers, gracefully enhancing Mediterranean cuisine. A versatile and sincere wine, perfect for those who love to find in Puglian labels a territory rich in nuances and character.
