Bianco di Custoza DOC - Classico Torre del Falasco - Cantina di Valpantena is produced in a dedicated area of the province of Verona, on the gentle hills of Valpantena. This traditional denomination is characterized by a blend of native grape varieties, often including garganega, trebbiano toscano, and bianco di Custoza, which give the wine freshness and aromatic qualities typical of the territory.

The vinification method favors harvesting at balanced ripeness, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the full range of aromas and flavors. The aging generally takes place in stainless steel, thus ensuring a fragrant, light, and savory note. In the glass, it presents a pale straw yellow color, accompanied by aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, and subtle citrus notes.

On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, ideal for accompanying fish dishes, appetizers, and delicate first courses of Mediterranean cuisine. A wine that elegantly expresses the genuine character of Valpantena.
