The Piedmont DOC Blanc de Blancs Brut by Cuvage is an elegant and sophisticated expression of the Piedmontese sparkling wine art. This wine, made exclusively from selected Chardonnay grapes, comes from the lush hills of the Piedmont region, known for its tradition of wine excellence.

The production method follows the closed-tank fermentation technique, also known as the Charmat method, which helps preserve the freshness and primary aromas of the grape varietal. The result is a sparkling wine that offers a delicate and persistent mousse, with fine and elegant bubbles.

On the nose, the Piedmont DOC Blanc de Blancs Brut by Cuvage opens with a bouquet of vibrant and captivating fragrances: notes of green apple, white peach, and subtle floral hints reminiscent of acacia and citrus. The olfactory complexity is enhanced by a light undertone of toasted bread, a result of brief aging on the lees.

In the mouth, its acidity is well-balanced, making each sip pleasantly fresh and dynamic. The structure is sleek but harmonious, with a clean and refreshing finish that leaves room for a pleasing sensation of minerality.

This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from light seafood starters to more complex fish or chicken dishes. Its elegance also makes it an ideal companion for celebrating special occasions and creating unforgettable moments.

Ultimately, the Blanc de Blancs Brut by Cuvage is an excellent choice for those looking for an Italian sparkling wine that combines wine tradition with a touch of modernity and freshness.
