Bosco Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC I Vigneti Cesari is born in the heart of the historic Valpolicella, a land dedicated to the cultivation of native grapes such as Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. This Amarone best expresses the elegance and structure typical of the denomination, the result of a rigorous drying of the grapes that concentrates flavors and aromas.

During aging, it undergoes a long period in wooden barrels that promotes the development of complex notes of ripe cherry, sweet spices, tobacco, and a slight ethereal hint, typical of Amarone. The tannic texture is velvety and well integrated, while the finish is enveloping and persistent, enhancing the gustatory richness and balance of this wine.

Perfect to accompany complex dishes such as braised meats, game, or aged cheeses, Bosco Amarone della Valpolicella Classico embodies the essence of a renowned territory and a winemaking process that combines tradition and passion.
