Bourgogne Côte d’or Blanc - François Carillon is a refined example of the elegance expressed by the vineyards of the famous Burgundy region, in the Côte d’Or area. Made mainly from Chardonnay grapes, this wine embodies the typicality of a territory rich in winemaking history and a terroir of rare complexity, where the calcareous-clayey soils give structure and finesse to the final product.

In appearance, it shows a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it releases delicate but intense aromas, dominated by floral notes and light hints of ripe yellow fruit. The aging takes place in wooden barrels that add a subtle spicy texture and a enveloping softness, without ever overpowering the varietal purity of the wine.

The palate is balanced, with a vibrant freshness and a medium body that grants a long and harmonious finish. Ideal paired with fish dishes, shellfish or white cuisine, this Bourgogne manages to enhance the finesse of the raw material while always maintaining a distinctive and authentic character of the Côte d’Or. A glass that tells with precision and refinement the value of the vineyards of François Carillon.
