The Bourgogne Pinot Noir by François Carillon is born in the heart of the famous Burgundy region in France, one of the most suitable soils for this noble grape variety. The Pinot Noir grape, with its elegant fragrance and complexity, finds here a sublime expression thanks to the unique terroir characterized by limestone-clay soils and a temperate climate ideal for a slow and harmonious ripening process.

This wine features a traditional aging process that enhances the balance between fruit and structure. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby color, while the nose opens with delicate aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberries, and a subtle spicy note that enriches the bouquet. On the palate, it stands out for its finesse and softness, with elegant tannins and a vibrant freshness that invites sip after sip.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir by François Carillon pairs wonderfully with white meats, mushrooms, and soft cheeses, capable of enhancing without overpowering. A perfect wine for those seeking the authentic character of a Burgundy Pinot Noir with a refined and accessible identity.
