The Bovale IGT "Su'diterra" by Su'entu represents an authentic expression of the unique terroir of Sardinia. This wine is the result of a careful selection of Bovale grapes, an indigenous variety known for its ability to reflect the essence of the Sardinian landscape, characterized by clay soils and a typically Mediterranean climate.

Visually, the Bovale "Su'diterra" presents itself with a deep and inviting ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet marked by notes of ripe fruits such as plums and cherries, enriched with spicy and balsamic nuances that add depth and interest. A slight maturation in wooden barrels imparts subtle hints of vanilla and chocolate to the wine, beautifully balancing with the fruit.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates remarkable yet balanced structure, with mature and well-integrated tannins that accentuate its elegance. Freshness is guaranteed by vibrant acidity, leading the Bovale "Su'diterra" to a long and pleasantly persistent finish, where fruity and spicy notes meld into a harmonious aftertaste.

Ideal for accompanying robust dishes of Sardinian cuisine, such as roast suckling pig or aged pecorino cheese, this wine is also an excellent companion for thoughtful tasting evenings. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18°C to bring out all its nuances.

The Bovale IGT "Su'diterra" by Su'entu is not just a wine, but a sensorial journey that celebrates with every sip the riches and traditions of Sardinia.
