1 Bottle Grappa Botti Whiskey
A special Grappa Riserva, already aged in ex Rum oak barrels for a long period (2 years), then left to rest for 24 months in used barrels from the United States (Tennessee) and used to age the "Tennessee Whiskey" of one of the largest and most prestigious American distilleries. An innovation that has given outstanding results and excellent quality. Intense aromas with notes of malt, a deep, refined, complex flavor and a persistent aftertaste, very reminiscent of that of the Tennessee Whiskey already contained in these barrels. Produced with pomace mostly from Dolcetto and Arneis vines, from fresh berries picked during the harvest and carefully selected by Sibona and distilled in copper stills, thanks to the great experience of the enologists-master distillers. Aging takes place for a long period in stainless steel tanks. Alcohol content: 44% vol.
1 Bottle of Grappa Barolo 5 years
Excellent Grappa Riserva that comes from the distillation of pomace from Barolo wine. The refinement takes place in steel tanks, it is then aged for a minimum of 5 years in oak barrels and barriques. In this long period of time the distillate acquires smoothness and complexity, with unique and elegant aromas. Exceptional meditation grappa.
