The Brandy 70cl Casalotto 1992 from Distilleria Berta is born from the careful selection of Piedmontese pomace, distilled according to traditional methods that preserve its essence and aromatic richness. This precious spirit patiently matures in wooden barrels that impart complexity to the sensory profile, combining warm notes of wood, vanilla, and sweet spices with a firm base of dried fruit and toasted accents.

The intense amber color is clear and bright, while the nose reveals enveloping aromas of dried grapes, tobacco, and light hints of leather. On the palate, a harmonious structure emerges, soft yet full, with a persistent finish that recalls the Piedmontese roots of the distillery. Ideal to be enjoyed neat, at room temperature, it is also perfect as a premium ingredient for elegant cocktails or to accompany chocolate- and dried fruit-based desserts.
