The Lepanto Pedro Ximénez Brandy is an exclusive selection that enchants with its complex production and refined aromatic profile. Distilled by the prestigious González Byass house, renowned for its exceptional sherries, this Spanish brandy has unique characteristics derived from its aging in barrels that previously contained the prized Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Exclusively produced from Palomino grapes, the Lepanto Brandy is distilled using the Charentais method, a traditional double copper distillation system that ensures exceptional purity and deep aromatic complexity. After distillation, the brandy matures for over 12 years following the solera system in American oak barrels that previously matured Pedro Ximénez, thus endowing the distillate with exceptional smoothness and sweet notes.

Visually, the Lepanto Pedro Ximénez Brandy presents itself with a dark mahogany color with golden highlights. To the nose, it is rich in aromas with noticeable notes of raisin, dates, and molasses, accompanied by nuances of vanilla and caramel, thanks to the prolonged rest in characteristic barrels. On the palate, it is velvety and extraordinarily harmonious, with an excellent balance between the sweet notes of the fruit and the more spicy and roasted notes of the wood.

This brandy is perfect as an after-dinner tasting, served slightly warmed to enhance all its complex nuances. It is also an excellent companion to dark chocolate or a good cigar, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.

Without a doubt, the Lepanto Pedro Ximénez Brandy is a product of distinction, ideal for connoisseurs and those who wish to discover the art of Spanish distillation at the peak of its expression.

Lepanto is the brand of Brandy de Jerez produced by González Byass in Jerez de la Frontera. Made from Palomino Fino grapes, it is distilled by double distillation in Charentais copper stills and aged through the criaderas y solera system in American oak casks that previously held Jerez wines (Tío Pepe, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez). The range includes Solera Gran Reserva expressions such as the classic 12-year release and the Oloroso Viejo (OV) and Pedro Ximénez (PX) editions.
