Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2013 - Podere Casisano is born in the heart of Tuscany, a land renowned for its winemaking tradition and unique terroir. This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grosso grapes, hand-harvested and carefully selected to best express the characteristics of the Montalcino territory. The aging takes place in oak barrels that provide structure and complexity, perfectly balancing the intense freshness of the fruit with elegant and silky tannins. In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red with garnet reflections; on the nose, it opens with scents of ripe cherry, plum, and sweet spices, accompanied by a light balsamic touch. On the palate, it is enveloping and savory, with a long persistence that invites further tastings. Ideal when paired with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Brunello from 2013 encapsulates the passion and history of the Casisano family in every sip.
