The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG of Capanna stands out for its extraordinary expression of the Tuscan territory, particularly the Montalcino area, renowned for its soils rich in clay and galestro. This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grosso grapes, carefully cultivated and hand-harvested, thus ensuring a raw material of high quality and excellent aromatic concentration.

The aging process mainly takes place in traditionally large oak barrels, which allow a slow and delicate maturation, giving the wine elegance and structure. On the nose, a complex bouquet emerges, characterized by notes of ripe cherry, plum, sweet spices, tobacco, and light balsamic hints. On the palate, it is full and enveloping, balanced between softness and refined tannins, with a long and persistent finish recalling nuances of leather and vanilla.

Perfect paired with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, this Brunello di Montalcino represents an authentic sensory journey into Tuscan winemaking tradition, also ideal for important occasions and for lovers of great, long-aged reds.
