Brunello di Montalcino DOCG I Capolavori San Giovanni Battista, inspired by the genius of Leonardo Da Vinci, is born in the heart of Tuscany, in a territory famous for its unparalleled winemaking tradition. Made exclusively from Sangiovese grosso grapes, this wine reflects the uniqueness of the Montalcino terroir, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a microclimate particularly suited to optimal ripening. The aging takes place in oak barrels, where the wine evolves for at least 36 months, consolidating structure and aromatic complexity.
In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color, displaying a bouquet rich in notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a delicate hint of tobacco and leather, which tell of its elegance and depth. On the palate, it is enveloping and harmonious, with velvety tannins and a long, savory finish. Perfect with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, it represents a true enological masterpiece for contemplation.
