This Brunello di Montalcino represents oenological excellence that combines craftsmanship and tradition. The winemaking process begins with fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature, maintained between 28 and 30°C, followed by a prolonged maceration of 30 days and malolactic fermentation in steel.

Aging, crucial for the complexity and elegance of the wine, takes place for 30 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels. The result is a wine with an intense ruby color, enriched by an enveloping bouquet of ripe fruit and subtle spicy and vanilla hints.

In the mouth it is a complex and enveloping wine, with an elegant balance. The finish is remarkably persistent, fresh and leaves an impression of pleasant finesse.

This Brunello pairs beautifully with game dishes, beef and pork, and mature cheeses but can also be enjoyed on its own, as a meditation wine.
