The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG of Capanna is a sublime expression of one of the most renowned areas in Tuscany, where the Sangiovese grape expresses itself with strength and finesse. This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown in the Montalcino area, an environment characterized by a favorable microclimate and calcareous-clay soils that provide structure and complexity to the final product.

The Riserva is distinguished by a longer aging compared to the base version, generally extended for at least 5 years, with a maturation period in oak barrels that softens the tannins and enriches the aromas. On the nose, rich scents of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, leather, and light balsamic notes emerge, while on the palate it reveals an extraordinary harmony between vibrant acidity and smooth tannins, with a persistent and enveloping finish.

This extraordinary Brunello pairs well with robust dishes such as roast meats, game, and aged cheeses, fully enhancing its elegance and depth. A wine that tells the authentic bond between man, land, and winemaking tradition.
