The Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG 2023 from Col de' Salici is born in the heart of the hills of Valdobbiadene, a territory renowned for the excellence of Prosecco. This sparkling wine is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, the emblematic grape variety of the area, cultivated with knowledge and respect for the environment, which give freshness and delicacy to the wine.

The Charmat method used for the aging enhances the natural liveliness of the bubbles, giving the wine a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it presents an elegant and fragrant bouquet, highlighting scents of green apple, wildflowers, and a slight citrus note that invites a sip. On the palate, it shows a pleasant sapidity accompanied by a balanced acidity that supports a fresh and harmonious drink.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Brut Valdobbiadene Col de' Salici pairs splendidly with dishes based on fish, shellfish, and delicate appetizers, as well as moments of conviviality that require a light but refined wine. An authentic expression of the Veneto terroir, capable of offering sincere pleasures and a balanced sensory experience.
