The Cabernet of Ronco Del Gelso is born in a terroir suited for the cultivation of international grape varieties, characterized by well-drained soils and a microclimate ideal for grape development. This wine elegantly expresses the strong character of Cabernet Sauvignon, the leading grape among structured reds. After hand harvesting, the fermentation takes place with controlled steel fermentation, followed by aging in wooden barrels that enrich its body and aromas.

In the glass, it presents an intense and vibrant ruby red color, while on the nose it releases scents of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, accompanied by delicate spicy notes and a hint of vanilla. The palate is full, balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasant final persistence that invites a long sip. Perfect with red meat dishes, roasts, and mature cheeses, it is a refined example of its denomination.
