Cabernet Sauvignon from Casa Roma comes from vineyards cultivated in the designated lands of the territory, where the climate allows a perfect balance between ripeness and acidity. This wine stands out for the decided and complex character typical of the grape variety, enhanced by aging in barrique which adds softness and spicy notes. On the nose, scents of red fruits, black pepper, and a delicate touch of vanilla emerge, while on the palate it reveals itself persistent, with well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses, it best expresses the essence of the denomination.
