The Calvados Drouin Très Pomme, produced in the renowned Normandy region, is a distillate that captures the authentic essence of French apples. Made from a rigorous selection of apples grown in the orchards of the area, this Calvados stands out for its purity and freshness, noticeable from the very first sip.
The production method involves a traditional double distillation in copper stills, followed by aging in oak barrels that impart balance and complexity to the product. The result is a distillate with an intense aromatic bouquet, featuring fruity notes of green apple, subtle hints of vanilla, and a soft, harmonious aftertaste.
Très Pomme is elegantly suited to be enjoyed neat, as a digestif, but it also proves an ideal ingredient for refined cocktails or to accompany dishes based on white meats and delicate cheeses, enhancing Norman gastronomy with its lively and enveloping personality.
