On the nose, one appreciates an enveloping bouquet of ripe fruit, sweet spices, and light vanilla notes that herald a balanced and persistent sip. The strong fruity character blends with toasted wood scents, offering a refined and harmonious tasting experience. The use of traditional distillation and aging techniques gives this Calvados an elegant and velvety structure.
Perfect as a digestif after important meals or paired with aged cheeses and apple-based desserts, this Calvados fully expresses the history and uniqueness of the Norman denomination. A spirit of great personality that embodies the art of French distillation in every sip.

Distillation
Double distillation in a 2,500 L repasse pot still; first distillation to obtain the 'petites eaux' (~30°), second distillation to ~70°, with heads and tails cuts calibrated according to the quality of the cider.
Ageing
Aging primarily in small French oak barrels (many reused casks) that promote pronounced wood–air exchange; use of barrels previously used for Sherry, Port and Banyuls to add color and complexity; racking and blending carried out in larger casks when necessary.
