The Catarratto/Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT Bio by Livènti, produced by the Az. Vinicola Vaccaro, tells the richness of Sicily in a glass. This charming organic interpretation combines two emblematic grape varieties of the island: Catarratto, the banner of Sicilian winemaking tradition, and Zibibbo, known for its intense aromaticity. The terroir of the Terre Siciliane, characterized by calcareous soils and a Mediterranean climate, gives the wine a vibrant freshness and balanced minerality. The aging takes place with care, respecting the natural rhythms of the product, thus enhancing the floral and citrus notes of the Zibibbo, which intertwine with the soft structure and liveliness of the Catarratto. On the nose, hints of jasmine, white peach, and a delicate spice are perceived.

On the palate, the balance between acidity and softness makes this wine versatile, ideal to accompany Mediterranean dishes based on fish, shellfish, and grilled vegetables, enhancing the lightness and elegance of the local cuisine.
