Chablis 1er Cru L’Homme Mort by Yvon & Laurent Vocoret is a white wine of refined elegance, originating from one of the most prestigious subzones of Chablis in Burgundy, France. This wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which grow on Kimmeridgian soils rich in fossil minerals, ensuring a distinctive and complex aromatic profile.

In the glass, Chablis 1er Cru L’Homme Mort presents a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet, with notes of white fruits like peach and apple, followed by hints of white flowers and a stony minerality typical of the Chablis terroir. On the palate, it is vigorous and well-balanced, characterized by a lively acidic freshness, leading to a long and persistent finish with a mineral echo.

Ideal as an accompaniment to refined fish dishes, seafood, or creamy cheeses, this Chablis represents an excellent choice for those who wish to explore the purity and elegance of great white wines from Burgundy. With its structure and complexity, Yvon & Laurent Vocoret offer a bottle that can also benefit from a few years of aging in the cellar.
