Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons - Seguinot Bordet is born in the heart of Burgundy, precisely in the Chablis area, renowned for its limestone and clay soils that give the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. This 1er Cru takes its name from the Vaillons vineyard, one of the most famous and appreciated crus of the appellation, known for its exposure and soil composition, which favor the optimal ripening of the Chardonnay grape.

The wine presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow color, enriched with greenish reflections, a sign of freshness and youth. On the nose it opens with elegant notes of white fruit and citrus, accompanied by scents of white flowers and a delicate mineral nuance reminiscent of flint, typical of the Chablis terroir. On the palate it is dry, savory, and vibrant, with a balanced structure that enhances the lively acidity and a long, refined persistence.

The aging, traditionally carried out in steel or partly in wood to preserve freshness and enhance varietal expression, completes the profile of a wine ideal for pairing with seafood, baked fish, and fresh cheeses, enhancing each dish with its elegance and character.
