Champagne Air from Domaine Augustin is a refined and vibrant expression of the French wine tradition, coming from the lush Champagne region. This skillful blend is made from carefully selected grape varieties, mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, grown on chalky soils that give the wine an elegant structure and distinctive freshness.

The aging takes place in the bottle for an extended period on the lees, allowing the champagne to develop aromatic complexity that ranges from notes of bread crust and yeast to delicate hints of white fruit, citrus, and wildflowers. On the palate, it is balanced, with fine and persistent bubbles that lively accompany its pleasant acidity, bringing liveliness and dynamism.

Ideal for moments of celebration but also as a sophisticated aperitif, Champagne Air pairs well with dishes based on raw fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the delicacy of the ingredients without overpowering them. Its timeless elegance tells the unique terroir of Champagne and the meticulous care of Domaine Augustin in the winemaking process.
