The Champagne Assemblage Extra Burt by Daubanton, presented in magnum format, represents an elegant expression of the winemaking tradition of Champagne, a region known for its sparkling wine excellence. This assemblage carefully selects the typical grape varieties of the area, mainly Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, which combine to give complexity and harmony to the final product.

The traditional fermentation method and the prolonged aging on the lees provide a fine and persistent bubble, accompanied by fresh and inviting flavors. On the palate, notes of green apple, brioche, and light citrus hints unfold, joined by a vibrant acidity that perfectly balances the structure. The extra brut dosage enhances its purity and lightness, making it ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or moments of refined conviviality. A magnum that expresses the authentic and refined soul of the most genuine Champagne.
